• Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item.

• Minor colour variations caused by screen differences are not considered defects.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
