Returns & Refunds policy

Because artworks and art prints are often limited, made-to-order, or carefully packaged collectables, the following refund policy applies:

  • All sales are final for original artworks.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • To request a replacement or refund for damaged items, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

    • Order details

  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

  • Refunds are not available for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

    • Delays caused by customs or courier services

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer unless the mistake was on our side.
